- Students use digital media and visual displays strategically to clarify findings, reasoning, and evidence. They add interest without distracting from the presentation’s purpose.
What Mastery Looks Like
- Each visual or digital element makes a specific idea easier to understand or remember. Design, timing, labels, and spoken explanation work together.
Common Misconceptions
- Students may add decorative slides, dense text, or media unrelated to reasoning. They may read visuals aloud without interpreting them for the audience.
How to Assess It
- Ask students to add one chart, image, or digital element to a short presentation. Require an explanation of how it clarifies evidence or reasoning.
