Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 12th, 2026
Welcome to Lesson Maker Pro! We're excited to have you here. These terms outline our relationship and responsibilities to each other as you use our service.
1. Our Agreement
By using Lesson Maker Pro, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to keep them as simple as possible, but if you have any questions, please reach out to us.
2. Your Account
When you create an account with us, please keep your login information secure. You're responsible for activities that happen under your account, so we recommend using a strong password and letting us know if you notice any unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions
We offer various subscription options to meet your needs. All payment details and subscription terms will be clearly shown before you make a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime before your renewal date.
4. Your Content
The lesson plans and materials you create are yours! We only need limited permission to display and process your content so we can provide our service to you and make improvements over time. Providing the service includes sending your prompts and content to our AI providers to generate results, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Using Our Service
We ask that you use Lesson Maker Pro for its intended purpose - creating amazing lesson plans and educational materials. Please don't use it in ways that could harm the service or prevent others from enjoying it.
Where a plan is described as unlimited, that means unlimited for everyday classroom use by a person. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, we may apply protective limits to automated, scripted, shared-account, or otherwise extreme usage that no individual teacher would reach in normal planning. These protections are never used to restrict ordinary teaching work, and if one ever affects you unexpectedly, contact us and we will make it right.
6. Account Changes
While we hope it never happens, we may need to suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used inappropriately. We'll always try to be fair and reasonable in these situations.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep Lesson Maker Pro running smoothly, but like any online service, we might experience occasional downtime or technical issues. We'll do our best to resolve any problems quickly.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make Lesson Maker Pro reliable and excellent. That said, this section sets out the legal limits of our responsibility, and it is the standard arrangement for software services like ours.
The service and all content it generates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your classroom. As described in the AI-Generated Content section below, you are responsible for reviewing content and applying your professional judgment before using it with students. We also recommend exporting or backing up lesson plans and materials that are important to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lesson Maker Pro and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. AI-Generated Content
Lesson Maker Pro uses artificial intelligence to help you create lesson plans and educational materials. While we strive to always provide high-quality, accurate content, please be aware that AI can make mistakes. We encourage you to review and verify all AI-generated content and use your professional judgment before using it in your classroom to ensure the materials meet your standards and are appropriate for your students.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We'll notify you of significant changes and give you time to review them.
11. Legal Framework
These terms are governed by US law. We hope we never have any disagreements, but if we do, we'll work to resolve them fairly and in accordance with these terms.
