Get in touch

Lesson Maker Pro is a small operation, so your message goes to a real person who teaches. Whether something broke in the middle of your prep period, your school wants to bring this to a whole team, or you have an idea for what the tool should do next, here is where to send it.

Support

Something not working the way you expected?

Email support@lessonmakerpro.com and tell me what happened. The fastest fixes come from messages that include three things: what you were doing when it went sideways, which lesson or material was involved (a link or the title is plenty), and a screenshot if you have one. Screenshots are especially helpful for anything that looks wrong on the page or in a downloaded file.

Support messages are read by me, the founder, not a queue of agents working from a script. That means replies usually arrive within a business day or two, and it also means the person reading your bug report is the person who can fix it. If something is blocking you from teaching tomorrow, say so at the top of the email and I will look at it first.

Schools and districts

Bringing it to a team, a site, or a district

For volume licensing, purchase orders, invoicing, or a conversation about what a rollout would look like for your staff, email sales@lessonmakerpro.com. It helps to know your school or district, roughly how many teachers you are thinking about, and what you are hoping the tool takes off their plate.

You can also send a district inquiry through the form, which asks for the details up front so the first reply can be a useful one. Leadership teams and instructional coaches are welcome to reach out before involving purchasing. Questions about pilots, privacy, and student data are answered honestly and in plain language.

Feedback

Ideas, requests, and things that annoy you

When you are signed in, the fastest route is the feedback button in the lower left corner of the screen. It takes a few seconds, it travels with the page you were on, and it is where most feature requests start.

You can also write to me directly at matt@lessonmakerpro.com. All of the best features and improvements come directly from teachers using this in their classrooms, so half-formed ideas and blunt complaints are both genuinely welcome. If a generated lesson or material missed the mark, paste it in. Seeing the real output is how the quality gets better for everyone.

Rather just try it?

You do not need an answer from me to get started. Bring a lesson you are teaching this week and see how it feels.
