- Students compare temperature and humidity in swamps, deserts, and mountain areas. They use weather data to identify patterns and differences among these environments.

Common Misconceptions
- Students may think deserts are always hot or mountains are always covered in snow. They may confuse humidity with temperature or assume every wet place is warm.
How to Assess It
- Give students three temperature and humidity readings labeled A, B, and C. Ask them to match each reading to a swamp, desert, or mountain and explain one match.
